We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI &amp; Automation Engineer with a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing AI-driven automations and intelligent agents for clients, while also supporting customers during and after deployment. This role combines hands-on development with client-facing problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Design, develop, and implement AI-driven automations and intelligent agents for client solutions</li>
<li>Build, test, and maintain software applications with a focus on reliability and scalability</li>
<li>Assist clients with technical onboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing customer support</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions</li>
<li>Maintain clear documentation for implementations, integrations, and support processes</li>
<li>Continuously improve existing systems and contribute to innovation in AI-driven solutions</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in software development</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript</li>
<li>Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices</li>
<li>Experience working with AI-related concepts, frameworks, or tools</li>
<li>Exposure to client-facing or customer support roles</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently</li>
</ul>
Nice-to-Have Skills and Experience

<li>Hands-on experience with AI or machine learning tools, frameworks, or platforms</li>
<li>Previous experience building system integrations</li>

Renewals Administrator 
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Renewals Administrator to join our team on full time basis. This team is responsible for managing the administrative and billing aspects of customer contracting, as well as overseeing recurring sales related to vendor subscriptions, third-party support agreements, and Computime’s own support offerings.
This is a dynamic role that involves close collaboration with customers, internal teams, and both local and foreign suppliers. It requires strong written and verbal communication and coordination skills, a sound understanding of pricing mechanisms, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
•	Administer and track contract renewals, vendor subscriptions, and recurring support agreements.
•	Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers via email, phone, and online portals.
•	Liaise with internal stakeholders across various departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of renewals.
•	Ensure billing and pricing information is up to date and accurate.
•	Maintain clear and organised documentation for audit and reference purposes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
•	Diploma level or above, in Business Studies or related field.
•	Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative role.&nbsp;
•	Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in Maltese will be considered an asset.
•	Good interpersonal skills and team player.&nbsp;
•	High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
•	Comfortable using online systems.
•	Able to complete tasks within tight deadlines, accurate and detail oriented.

• Mapping bank’s regulatory requirements and applying the necessary configuration to the software&nbsp;
• Keeping abreast in banking regulatory changes&nbsp;
• Analyse problems, design and possibly implement solutions&nbsp;
• Gain knowledge in the industry to contribute with feedback to continuous improvement of the product&nbsp;
