We are looking for a talented Network Engineer to bolster our team. As a Network Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, maintaining, and supporting innovative communication networks for our diverse range of customers. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering top-notch Unified Communications, Data Centre networking, SDN, Wireless networks and Cloud networking.&nbsp;
 Requirements:&nbsp;
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Communications &amp; Computer Engineering or a related field.&nbsp;
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting hardware routers and switches in LAN, WAN &amp; WLAN environments.&nbsp;
• Sound knowledge of the Internet and IP, coupled with a strong understanding of DNS, VLANs, SNMP, DHCP, and routing technologies.&nbsp;
• Your analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are exceptional.&nbsp;
• You excel in communication, allowing you to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.&nbsp;
• A positive, proactive mindset towards work helps you thrive in our fast-paced, multitasking environment.&nbsp;
• Cisco CCNA/CCNP or equivalent vendor certifications will be an advantage.&nbsp;

Network Engineer

We are currently looking for a Systems Engineer to join our specialised Systems Team.

Responsibilities
•	Support infrastructure solutions across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
•	Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across cloud, operating systems, networking, identity, and infrastructure platforms.
•	Perform preventive maintenance and health checks to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
•	Provide technical support and guidance to customers across supported technologies.
•	Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions and support activities.
•	Participate in training and certification programmes to continuously enhance technical expertise.

Requirements
•	Preferably owns a degree / diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Communications &amp; Computer Engineering, or equivalent IT industry certifications.
•	Minimum of 2 years' experience in a systems, infrastructure, cloud, or technical support role.
•	Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), hybrid cloud, infrastructure, and enterprise platforms.
•	Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a customer-focused mindset.
•	Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
•	Relevant Microsoft, OCI, HPE, VMware, or other industry certifications will be considered an asset.
