Position Overview
We are currently seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our office in Birkirkara. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the reception desk, including handling all incoming phone calls and greeting visitors to the company’s offices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming deliveries at the reception desk.
• Open and distribute incoming mail.
• Record and prepare all outgoing mail.
• Assist with administering stationery stock and supply management.
• Prepare and coordinate various documents.
• Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth handovers.
• Maintain a daily staff movement log to ensure quick location tracking.
• Perform other office-related duties as required.
Requirements:
• Fluency in written and spoken Maltese and English.
• Computer literate with good administrative skills.
• Friendly personality and excellent communication skills.
Working Schedule:
• The selected candidate will work twice a week, on Wednesdays and Fridays, from 08:00 to 17:00 (winter: October to June) and from 08:00 to 16:00 (summer: July to September).
• The position also requires covering for the other receptionist during vacation or sick leave.
• The role is available from mid-June 2025 and is offered on an indefinite contract basis.
