We are currently looking for a Systems Engineer to join our specialised Systems Team.

Responsibilities

• Support infrastructure solutions across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across cloud, operating systems, networking, identity, and infrastructure platforms.

• Perform preventive maintenance and health checks to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers across supported technologies.

• Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions and support activities.

• Participate in training and certification programmes to continuously enhance technical expertise.

Requirements

• Preferably owns a degree / diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Communications & Computer Engineering, or equivalent IT industry certifications.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a systems, infrastructure, cloud, or technical support role.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), hybrid cloud, infrastructure, and enterprise platforms.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a customer-focused mindset.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

• Relevant Microsoft, OCI, HPE, VMware, or other industry certifications will be considered an asset.
